The Induction Need Commercial and residential kitchens have a need for faster, safer, and more efficient cooking systems that will keep the kitchen cool and create a more comfortable and safe environment in which to cook. Current ranges generate too much heat making the kitchen very hot, dangerous, and unpleasant place to work. At the same time, the utility industry is going through major changes in deregulation and is seeking new products with increased energy efficiency that will assist their customers. With these facts in mind, Luxine focused on commercializing the induction
range first and then developing other induction heating and cooking
equipment. These induction ranges provide the solutions needed by today's
